-This is the private coaching package of 8 sessions/month for Jacque Stanley.
-Session time and location will be planned between coach and client.
-sessions can be used to focus on a variety of training aspects such as form, help completing a workout, a coach to run with you, a combination of running and mobility or strength work, strength work only, etc.
-This is a recurring monthly contract until you cancel your private coaching membership.
-When you schedule 8 sessions in the month you'll receive a complimentary training plan
