The Zabuton (meditation mat) is a Japanese cushion, mainly used for sitting on the floor. The large square cushion is most commonly used in conjunction with a round or crescent zafu (meditation cushion) when meditating. The Zabuton provides extra comfort and a soft surface for your knees.
