This is membership option gives you access to all our  yoga classes; in studio, live online and on demand, plus an indepth and completley individual one on one weekly session.

The Soul Growth Sessions are a weekly 60 minute session designed to realign your humanness with its Soul blueprint for this lifetime. This is purpose, Soul mission and destiny in a 6 week intensive  program.

Private sessions are held online with Yolande and include weekly readings with the  I Ching and intuitive yoga sequences, meditation and pranayama practices. Each week we build on the bigger life themes of the times in tandem with your Higher Self and guides.
