Equine therapy has been around for centuries. Bonding with animals allows people to reduce the effects of grief related symptoms by decreasing the amount of cortisol in the body. Soul Mamas found that spending a day at the Big Heart Ranch was so transformational, that we knew we had to share.

Join us for a lovely Saturday afternoon with an Equine Therapy session, sound bath and tapping. Please pack a lunch, bring a yoga mat and a pillow, blanket if you are staying for the sound healing and tapping. Please dress in layers as we never know what the weather will be and dress casual with shoes that you don't mind if they get muddy.
