Join us on the first Sunday of every month for a incredible Relaxation Sound Bath with sacred gong, 432 hz quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments used to put the mind into deep meditation, rejuvenate, and relax.

We’re raising our vibes to allow the amazing powers of manifestation to flow through us. The instruments used help to:

• induce deep relaxation
• lower blood pressure
• unblock emotions
• relieve physical pain
• rejuvenate
• relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia
• and activate higher states of consciousness

About Heathor

Elisa found the power of sound healing on her yoga journey and is excited to be able to offer it to others and she has seen the incredible benefits it can have. She leads beautiful sound baths that will allow you to rest, relax and recharge. She will clear away any negative energy with the power of the gong, retune your chakras with the crystal singing bowls, and use a variety of other instruments to bring you back into alignment. All instruments are tuned to 432 hz, the same frequency as nature, to help you release all that no longer serves you, while healing the body on a cellular level. 

Please know to wear comfotable clothing, we have all the props, but if you want to bring your own pillow you can. Please know there are no refunds for this event and you must be on time as to not distract from the students who are in the room. Namaste
