Reiki is an energy transforming technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support transformation.
Restorative Yoga, as the name suggests, is a style of yoga that helps “restore” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function. In turn this helps the body rest, and restore balance. By allowing time for longer asanas (postures or poses) and deeper breathing, restorative yoga helps elicit the relaxation response.
These two practices combined makes for a peaceful and releasing experience. Everything will be provided but feel free to bring your favorite blanket or throw to cover up with and make sure to dress comfortably.
