At this point in the year it’s time to decide that you’d love more of in your life, celebrate what you’ve achieved and learned so far this year and decide what you’re leaving behind and we’ll be doing all of this through practicing Mindful flow and Yin yoga , Journalling, Aromapoint therapy and Guided Meditations  to Blissful tunes - you’ll also get your very own collection of oils to take home with you to continue the practices if you so wish to 

We will end our time together with Tea & Cake.
