What is guided imagery?

Meditation is a conversation you have with the mind, body and breath. When these three parts of you are working together, the imagination opens, the physical body relaxes, and the breath slows down.

Meditation helps you connect with your inner self while developing a deeper appreciation of your gifts, relationships, and body. 

Guided meditation uses imagery to train the body and brain to relax, find balance, be creative, and sleep with ease.

What is a sound bath?
Various instruments such as crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tingshas are played to create a rich, deep tone that aligns the body and mind through vibration. The crystal singing bowls represent seven different chakras/energy centers that resonate with our body's internal crystalline structures.
