Beginner's class for young adults under 40 years of age

Get ready to move! This is an introductory class for those new to Iyengar Yoga. In studio. This is not a class for those who have injuries or chronic conditions. Must be healthy and able to jump. There will be two different sections-- Monday evenings and Wednesday evenings, so if you miss your regular class you may make up a class in the other section. Meets weekly for nine weeks.

Wear tee shirt and shorts or tights. We practice in bare feet. Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. It's best to practice on an empty stomach, so eat a light dinner before coming or wait until after class to eat. Please let the instructor know if you're menstruating as some practices will not be appropriate and should be modified for you.
