Settle in, deepen your breath. Focus on what you want to let go, and what you want to improve. This workshop is structured for every Yogi, regardless of skill, who wants to build confidence in their flow practice and encourage proper and safe alignment in our core asanas.

In this interactive workshop, Carly will break down major poses a flow yoga class. You will go over alignment, and address how to couple breath with movement for a fluid, invigorating practice. Come learn how to move with assurance and build confidence and ease.

All levels welcome. The room will be chilled to mid-80s. You will be practicing quite a bit - so bring your mat, towel, and water.
