Are you a cyclist who finds it challenging to train outside during the week, or do you just want to mix up those indoor trainer rides this time of year? If so, then Pilates for the Cyclist class may be the perfect fit for you.
This 6 week class, offered at our 802 Washington Avenue location, focuses on building balanced strength for the cyclist. Through the use of a Pilates reformer, mat exercises, and props we’ll work to train your system for optimal cycling performance. Throughout the 6 weeks we’ll focus on building a strong base to move into your cycling season. We will cover everything from warm ups and cool downs to recovery techniques and provide you with tips to keep you healthy as you transition into your season.

Minimum of 4 participants. $200 which includes 6 classes, take home program and 10% discount on any services with Kat.
