Join us for a Sacred Soundbath Ceremony.

We begin with a guided meditation to settle in, becoming immersed in sound and one-on-one Reiki throughout the experience. We welcome all to spend time in community and connection and heart centered discussion following the soundbath. 

Please bring a journal, water, mat, blankets, pillows, and an open mind + heart.

A sound bath consists of crystal singing bowls and sometimes other instruments that are played to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction and inner peace. The frequency of the singing bowls shifts your energetic frequency in your physical, mental and emotional bodies assisting in releasing anything not serving your highest good. We combine the sound bath with the expansive healing power of Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique which adds to and enhances all the benefits of the sound bath to promote a deeper healing experience.
