Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is rest. One hour of Yoga Nidra Meditation is equivalent to four hours of restful sleep.
A guided meditation lying down the whole time. Yoga Nidra targets Alpha Brain waves, allowing the body to relax from the inside out. This practice promotes healthy sleep and relaxation and subsides stress & anxiety as it aims to balance the Sympathetic & Parasympathetic Nervous Systems, producing a calm, sleep-like state.
Following the meditation is a sound healing journey featuring the healing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, and other instruments. Promotes balance, harmony, & tranquility to body and mind, releasing stuck/stagnant energy. When the energy within us is flowing freely- the body has the ability to heal itself.
