$125/month, three-month minimum commitment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Membership will begin on the date of sale.
2. First month’s payment is required for sign up and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Your membership fee of $125 will be automatically charged on a 30 day cycle.
4. Unlimited memberships require a 3 month commitment. If canceled before the completion of three consecutive months a charge 60% of the remaining balance will be incurred ($150 if canceled after one month, $75 if canceled after two months).
5. After the first 3 months of the contract have elapsed, members may put membership on hold for two weeks minimum three weeks maximum for every 6 months of continuously paid membership.
6. To cancel, pause or change membership for any reason, member must notify EBY+M via email at info@earthlybodiesyoga.com at least 25 days prior to next auto-draft.
7. Membership fees are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances.
8. EBY+M is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible or obligated to pay for member’s insufficient fund penalties, and/or over the limit fees. A $30 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds and returned payments.
9. Membership prices are subject to change. In the event of a change in membership price, this would only be applied after 12 consecutive months have passed from member’s first sign up. Members will be notified via email of any price increase to their memberships.
10. Class schedule is subject to change without notice. Please check our website for up to the minute changes, additions, and/or cancellations and enable email notifications from the studio.
11. Memberships are non-transferrable and cannot be shared with other clients.
12. No shows/late cancellations will incur a $10 charge if the class is at capacity. If the class is not at capacity there is no charge for no show/late cancels.
