Teacher Bio: Char has been a lifelong student of Holistic Health, Wellness and Movement. Her desire to guide clients through physical transformation influenced her decision to become a professional in the fitness industry and seeing the need to assist clients in whole body balance, while addressing the physical, mental emotional and spiritual aspects, influenced her decision to become a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher & Mindfulness Guide, Reiki Practitioner & Master Teacher and a Professional Sound Healer. Char truly enjoys offering each of these incredible modalities, but has a fondness for sharing the gift of sound.
