[EXPRESSING OUR ENERGY CENTERS: A Yogic Exploration of Purifying + Empowering the Chakras]

Join Matthew for a 6 Week Registered Series centred around developing a clear dialogue with the movement of your internal energetic centers.

Each 75 minute session will include a guided meditation, a comprehensive & detail oriented physical practice, and a closing sequence of breath work and hand movements that will help you to develop stronger connections between the activity of your nervous system and the language of your mind.

As you progress through the 6 weeks of practice, you will visit the major energetic centers along the human spine, from the root to the crown, and pave the way for an exploration of what exists beyond.

This is a perfect series for those practitioners who seek a systematic way to prepare their nervous system for a powerful summer season, connect their intentions to their physical patterns, and simultaneously advance their yogic practice to significant new heights. This series is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, as Matthew provides a strong foundation & energetic atmosphere, that allows for all levels to advance within their own parameters.

Hands-on adjustments will be available, and Matthew will be accessible for personal questions regarding the details of each individuals own practice.

[ABOUT MATTHEW]

Matthew is a steady advocate for the development of experiential growth, led by intention & purpose. He embodies a remarkable sense of groundedness, his authenticity shining through in every interaction, and highly regards the path of the student in the practices of yoga, spirituality, and self-discovery.

He weaves together 15+ years of formal meditation practice, 10+ years of yogic instruction, and is currently in his 6th year of apprenticeship within sacred medicine healing work. He has trained intimately and in person with teachers such as Kimberley Cavanaugh, Ning Gao, Ana Forest, Rameen Peyrow and Veronica Holman to name a few, and emphasizes the use of mantra and dedicated intention within his classes.

Matthew’s classes can be described as highly energized and intentional, where you will find a strong combination of gentleness and authority. With this steadfast energy, he invites each student to explore new postures and ways of thinking about their yoga practice.
