These private lessons are your opportunity to:

·         give feedback about what is happening in your body & ask questions.

·         gain better understanding of ideal posture technique & the teaching instructions.

·         focus on mindful movements & put the concepts into action, for maximum healing effect.

Claire completed her Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in June 2012 and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience through her role as a teacher since this time.  She has been mentored by some of the most respected and highly experienced teachers in the Bikram Yoga community and has remained committed to her continuing education, growth & development.  Claire is a widely-recognised and esteemed member of this global yoga family and is now considered to be one of the most highly experienced and knowledgeable Bikram Yoga Teachers in Australia.
