Infrared Sauna with Red light therapy sessions that exposes you to low levels of red and infrared light, which help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal. Red Light Therapy can be an effective treatment to keep the skin healthy, increase energy and metabolism, while reducing inflammation.

Sessions reserve the sauna room for 30 minute block of time that are booked on the hour and half hour. Our sauna is built to have space for 2 people to use, sessions with these passes reserve both spaces in the Sauna for use. Sauna sessions are available Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 7:30pm. Sessions must be booked in advance to assure availability of space, staffing and resources.
