Join Erin in welcoming the spring equinox! Spring guides us out of our winter hibernation and invites light back into our lives. It is an opportunity for renewal and rebirth, for planting seeds to nurture within, and reminding us to stay present. In this class we will open with some intention setting, pranayama breath work, followed by a slow grounding flow and long savasana. After class stay for tea, community, and connection as we welcome this new season. You are welcome to bring a journal or something to write in if you would like. Tea will be provided. All levels welcome!
