Pole 1 Series
Monday, 8:30-9:45 PM with Dora OR
Saturday, 11:15-12:30 PM with Sarah*
Are
you ready to embark on your pole journey? We designed the Pole 1
Series to meet the needs of brand new pole students like you! By
learning grounding skills first, you will build strength while
exploring pole technique. We'll guide you through classic pole
spins, floorwork, and transitions. Then, we will begin prep for
climbing the pole! Your instructor may lead you through a short
choreography or combo at the end of class. Once you have completed
this series, you are welcome to start taking our drop-in classes:
Pole 1.5, Pole 2, Spin Pole, Pole Heels, or you can take the series
again for more practice!
There
are no prerequisites, just a willingness to show up and give it
your best!
Recommended attire: A sports top/tshirt, and
leggings/shorts/pole bottoms. Kneepads and socks are
optional.
