Join Carol for ninety minutes of gentle yoga to celebrate the beginning of summer. Your practice will begin with thirty minutes of sun-inspired movement, followed by sixty minutes of mindful rest. This practice is supported with yoga props, including warm accuballs and lavender eye masks to support relaxation and a deeper connection. Optional gentle adjustments are offered to further enhance your experience. Finish up with light refreshments, including lemonade and sun tea, fresh fruit and snacks.
