“Grounding” Soundbath focuses on energetic grounding and settling through soundbath healing. David Villada skillfully guides this soundbath experience to stimulate and bring balance to the root chakra, which houses our sense of security and stability. This is a part of a progressive series of soundbaths intended to systematically guide you through the chakra system and foster overall energetic balance. This series will be offered on a 4-6 week basis. Students can attend any event without obligation to be present for the full series. 

No experience is required. All are welcome! 

Wear warm and comfortable clothes, in preperation to lay down and relax. You are welcome to bring pillows and blankets or anything that will support your experience.
