Initial consult- 90 minutes
 This initial appointment will be a time for the client and practitioner to go over  the Nutrition assessment questionnaire, Health history, Food and Mood journal. Paperwork will be sent prior to appointment, as well as the disclaimer. At this appointment, the client’s health goals will be discussed in detail in doing so this will incorporate individualized plans for each client. The client will be provided with recommendations that best support their health by focusing on food as well as lifestyle recommendations.
