Destination Fitness has converted our in-house, FIT Program (Functional Interval,Training), to stream right into your homes, that way you can say connected to your incredible community.  Find an exciting new way for you to engage with each other.
This new membership gives you and your family an affordable way to participate in our exclusive live-streaming fitness classes. If you cannot make it for the Live-stream, we have a video library you can plug into any time of the day! We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality strength & conditioning, regardless of their access to resources like gym equipment. This progression of workouts will bring you through a series of movement patterns designed to increase mobility, stability, strength, and power - all without the use of specialized equipment. We only use items like light Dumbbells, resistance bands, chairs, and body weight, in this program.
• Live workouts 6 mornings a week at 7am est.
• Library of 200+ videos to use any time of the day
• Personal training available by appointment and request
• Closed Facebook community to connect with people around the country using the same program as you! We provide challenges and nutrition support.
