Jan 12th 7:30p-8:30pm join us for a slow flow vinyasa session while being bathed in candlelight. This session is designed to help you turn inwards and focus on feeling into the movements as you flow through shapes timed with breath. These candlelight yoga sessions are set to specific musical themes to further help you get into the moment and your body.
