Description
Welcome to Blueprint Health & Fitness Strength, Performance Training and Injury Prevention Program. Beginning Wednesday, June 5 at 11:00a, we will kick off a 6 week session with your athletes who are ready to gain muscle, improve performance on the ice and prevent common overuse injuries. We will focus on total body strength, explosiveness to help quick turns and sprints, and slow down with some knee and hip stability so that each athlete has great posture/form. We will build in mobility, flexibility and breath work for a minimum of 5 minutes of each class. We will discuss important topics pertaining to the athlete as a whole including mindset management, prioritizing recovery and living like the athletes that they desire to be. These sessions will be 1x weekly on Wednesdays for 50 minutes. The cost to participate will be $150 and we will have a capacity of 15 participants (we need a minimum of 5 committed to proceed)
