Enjoy a 90 minute Hot Yoga Detox Class with Katie Sollid. During this class you will start with a flow warm up, working into holding poses, find balance, and then cool down all while enjoying a good sweat and detoxing.

Please bring a yoga mat, towels, and a water. We recommeding drinking lots of water before and after this class!
