We’re excited to invite you to our next book club conversation. For 4 weeks, we’ll explore One Simple Thing: A New Look at the Science of Yoga and How It Can Transform Your Life by Eddie Stern. Join us for FREE on Mondays @ 7:15-8:30pm for an enriching study where you'll discover more about your nervous system from both a yogic and scientific perspective, learn how you can consciously use yogic practices to direct and change your life in positive ways, and connect with fellow members of our yoga community. Every session will include a practical, guided mindfulness practice that you can develop in your personal practice. These four 75-minute sessions promise to be both enlightening and rejuvenating.
