Join Mahan Rishi and John Muraco as we embark on an immersive afternoon experience.  This program will include Kundalini Yoga and a full Arc of Sound live music meditation.  These practices will help in expanding your radiance, fortifying your strength, and cultivate your ability to better navigate stress and change in daily life.  This workshop will be followed by a potluck so  feel free to bring a dish!
