IMPACT is a high performance football strength & conditioning program that was designed to attack every aspect of football performance.

The program focuses on training and improving position-specific strength & power, speed & agility, mobility, and conditioning, while preparing athletes for contact & collisions and reducing injury risk.

Under the guidance of elite performance coaches, IMPACT combines pro-level sport science technology with advanced training methods to offer a completely individualized & holistic training experience that prepares football players for every aspect of the sport. 

TIMELINE (PART 1): April 24 - June 19

Part 1 includes pre-training combine testing (April 24), 8 weeks of training, and post-training combine testing (June 19), for a total of 10 weeks. Those signing up for both Part 1 & Part 2 will be discounted the cost of 1 session, as post testing for Part 1 will also serve as pre-testing for part 2.

TRAINING TIMES:

Mon: 6-7, 7-8pm

Tues: 7-8, 8-9pm

Wed: 6-7, 7-8pm

Thurs: 7-8, 8-9pm

**Athletes will be sent a google form after signing up to request their ideal training times. Final groups will be selected based on requested times, age, and position.

Once signed up, each athlete will receive a personalized referral code.

Upon referring another athlete into the program (they must enter your code at checkout), you will receive a 10% refund on the cost of your training package (pre-HST).

This discount is only applied to the referrer - not the referee.
