Gravity2.0: Floorwork (NEW)

Recommendations: Knee pads are highly recommended. Layers are recommended, for sliding and protecting sensitive areas of the skin. Heels are recommended but optional.

Designed for the celestial body to build layered & complex skills whilst moving through familiar and unfamiliar grounded pathways. Floor transitions will be discovered and/or reimagined with creativity, intention, and precision. We will learn foundational thread throughs, pivots, weighted shifts, and “cranks” (levers that create speed) within our grounded floorwork patterns. We will be creating skills that can be used in endless combination. This is well suited for All Levels. 
Pathways Unleashed - This workshop is designed to push your creativity and fluidity to transform your current pole flow and build seamless connections between your body and the pole.

Solar Rotations, Revolutions & Solar Flares: (NEW)

Rotation: Objects spinning motions about its own axis (Self)
Revolution: Refers to the object’s orbital motion around another (Pole)
Solar Flare: is an intense localized eruption of energy

Level: All Levels

Be the center of your Universe, masterfully create dynamic pirouettes with fanciful footwork as you add style to your low flow and aerial sequences. Build your power & speed with a sweep of your limbs, tip on your axis and create endless varieties of pirouette rotations. Pirouettes are no longer bound to the ground in your world, utilize the techniques in this course to had flares and rotations aerially. The Celestial body will utilize fan kicks, bracket grips in cup grip & twisted, side lever, and true grip whilst being able to sustain the revolutions with various tempo & level changes.

Designed to extend sequences with stylized flares & pirouettes, creating dynamic momentum into spins/control exits.

Dark Matter - This workshop is designed for the performer in all of us! Dark matter will enhance your connectivity to your audience and had that spark to your heel choreography. Focusing on heel techniques, creating smooth lines, and angles to captivate your audience.

Tricks and Transitions - This workshop is designed to attract all the aerial acrobats at heart. The SuperNovas in this workshop will explore inverted positions and poses, handstands, shoulder mounts, and signature power moves to enhance combos and spins.

Recommendations:
*Wear easily removable layers
*Leggings or thigh high socks for Gravity 2.O
*Must be comfortable being upside down for Tricks and Transitions.
*Heels are recommend but not required except for Dark Matter Heels
