As nutrition recommendations change, food prices increase, and the science behind healthy and unhealthy evolves, food labels are an important item in understanding what is in the food you are consuming.

Join us as we explore the different areas of food labels, the information we can discover, the rules that have to be followed and statements that can be very misleading.
