Marci Nault has studied the body and movement her entire life. With a background in bodywork, yoga, dance, figure skating, and personal training she’s spent years studying posture, how the body moves, and how stress/trauma and neural pathways create a pattern of stress and tightness. Combining all her knowledge she’s created this class to help people enjoy the activities they love for a lifetime of pain free movement.
