Enjoy a low impact class held in the lap pool. A great workout for beginners and experienced alike, the instructor will use aqua fitness equipment and the water resistance to get your heart rate up!  Water shoes are recommended but not required.

You must pre-register for the class and we do have minimum class sizes set.  If we are unable to meet the minimum size of the class, we will cancel the class 48 hours before the first class and notify everyone who was registered.  If classes are cancelled, you will receive a credit on your account or a refund.
