This self-compassion 60-minute flourish & THRIVE hub is intended to help manifest self-compassion amongst dental professionals within all dental settings.

The utilisation of self-compassion within the dental setting will be discussed and the intention of self-compassion.

Through identifying various moments of self-frustration or self-conflict, this flourish hub will guide you to uncover an enhanced mindset of self-compassion for future scenarios.   The key is in identifying conflicting moments, then using self-compassion to see differently and reframe your visual window of this.

This is an interactive space for participants to talk and share, and to manifest self-compassion

WORKSHOP FLOW

- Discussion on the topic of self-compassion 

- Identification of negative triggers as dental professionals

- Awareness of self 

- Implementation of self-compassion

Each participant will receive a gift in the post following the workshop.  This gift will aid in your implementation of an abundance of self-compassion.

Group participation in flourish hubs are encouraged to obtain maximum value for your time and investment in you and your active participation is key in this.  

Everything discussed in a flourish hub is to be kept confidential and remain within the flourish hub session.
