Looking for a practice that balances yoga postures, intuitive movement, breathwork, and meditation? Curious and want to know more? Join Katharina for a 75-minute integrated yoga practice designed to balance your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Intervals of vinyasa yoga are paired with breathwork, intuitive movement, and intentional pauses. This well-rounded practice will leave you feeling lighter and more in-touch with your body, mind, and soul. We end each practice with a 15-minute meditation and optional journaling to help you reflect on the experience. No prior yoga experience is required.
