SUKHA – Sanskrit for happiness, pleasure, ease, joy or bliss. An authentic state of happiness within a being that is lasting.

 

Imagine feeling all of the above for 60 full minutes. Led by Amber, SUKHA is pure, unadulterated freedom and love through movement and breath incorporating yoga, Kundalini, HIIT, dance, energetic beats and more. We add black lights to level up and help you glow both inside and out. Wear bright colors and we'll provide some extra fun flair!

 

This class is open to all levels, no experience required. Movements are quick, music is loud, minds are open and hearts are alive. Bring your yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to grab your spot and get your glow accessories on.
