Align and open your chakras through movement, meditation and crystal healing! Join sisters Liv and Sam Daley, for a 90-minute workshop on Saturday, May 11th at 1:30pm where they will lead you through a yoga and meditation practice, offering education on unique crystals for your chakras and how they can be implemented into your self-care (and self-love!) journey. Each participant will choose a crystal that resonates with them to use during the practice and take home after. No experience required to attend.
