Synergy’s Defensive Skills & Tactics camp is designed to refine and expand on the development of the skills and tactics needed to successfully play defense. This camp will focus on building hockey sense, muscle memory, positioning, puck handling, passing, techniques to escape pressure fore-checking, puck support, quick shots, one-timers, keep-ins, footwork, and much more. This specialty camp is designed to take players to the next step in their development of defensive awareness.

To attend this camp, you do not need to be a defenseman. Forwards (or any other position) who are looking to improve their defensive aspects of the game, can also attend.

This camp will feature 4 total hours of on-ice instruction led by our director of player development, Jan Ludvig and our highly regarded hockey coach, James Friedel.
