This program is extremely comprehensive and includes skating mechanics, puck control, fakes/dekes, shooting mechanics, speed change, small area game-like situations, physical play-style development, and more.

Our Forwards & Defensemen Clinic is a mix of our Defense Skills clinic and Forward Skills Clinic.  The emphasis of this Clinic is to develop the most valuable player in hockey – one that excels at both ends of the ice.  This camp will focus on improving individual skating, puck control, passing, and shooting skills for forwards and defensemen. We will also incorporate competition, speed, and battle drills.

This clinic will be instructed by our Director of Player Development and Head Coach Jan Ludvig (or other trained Synergy coaches).

Jan will incorporate smart, intense training that will include North American and European training styles. We believe young hockey players can make big improvements if they take part in a smart, comprehensive, intense training program, on and off the ice. Complement your training with other Synergy programs being offered all week!

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: hockey skates, helmets, hockey gloves, shin guards, long pants, or socks. Please have white hockey tape on the blade of your hockey stick.
