Trouble Sleeping? Unable to release anxiety/stress? Give yourself permission to rest and restore. Yoga Nidra is an eight-stage guided meditation that has the power to transform, heal, and rejuvenate you at core levels.

This workshop will begin with gentle restorative postures and Reiki. You will then be guided into a deep meditative state while resting in an extended, supported savasana.

 

Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest forms of all meditations. It suspends us in the space between awake and asleep. It is in this state that we are most receptive and open to complete relaxation. Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra has been used to successfully aid insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and many other issues. This inspired, meditative practice is accessible to all levels.

 

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a pillow, blanket (or towel), and block. No meditation experience is necessary.

Yoga has truly transformed me into the person I am today. After working for more than twenty years in the legal field - stress had taken a toll on my physical and emotional body. The first time I stepped onto my yoga mat, I instantly felt the transformation that this practice reveals. A gift that we are all born with, but somehow gets lost in the process of daily life. I yearned to experience the peace and deeper meaning of yoga and share it with others.
