When you just aren’t seeing the full results you want from diet and exercise, CryoSlimming setting on the Cryoskin machine can be the solution to reducing fat in those troublesome spots.

This is ideal for those who already have a good diet and exercise routine but have a specific area that they have difficulty making an impact on. In the abdomen area (our most frequently area of service) we generally see anywhere from ½ inch to 1 inch lost immediately following the session.

CryoSlimming can be performed on any area of the body except the face, breasts or buttocks. Additionally, utilizing a heat and cold setting together increase local microcirculation and collagen production leading to healthier tissue.

The Process

CryoSlimming exposes your fat cells to heat and cold to create apoptosis, aka cell death. The intracellular electrolytes of the fat cells are impacted first, which is why you do not experience any negative impacts on the skin. Your body then processes those fat cells out as a waste.

During the session we will heat the area of treatment up for 2 minutes using the Cryoskin wand and then use cold for 13 minutes to get the area down to between 4° to -4° celsius to create apoptosis, followed by another 2 minute heat application. The process is repeated on each side of the body (as applicable), making the total session last 34 minutes. During the cold portions of the session the operator uses the wand to push the fat in to their hand to help get the cold temperature to penetrate the skin.

There is a waiting period of 2 weeks between sessions to allow your body to fully process the waste out. The number of sessions needed to achieve your desired results varies from person to person.
