COUCH TO SLACKER 2024!
Welcome to the Slacker 4-Mile or Half-Marathon program, where we embrace a fun and inclusive approach to running. Whether you're a couch enthusiast looking to conquer 4 miles or an experienced runner eyeing a half-marathon, our 12-week program is designed to make your journey enjoyable and rewarding.
Program Components:
- Registration and Race Swag included in fee:
- Choose between the Slacker 4-Mile, Relay (teams of up to 3), or Half-Marathon.
