Dive into deeper understanding and exploration of pregnancy and fertility and how yoga can enrich the journey. Life’sWork Prenatal/Fertility Certification prepares practitioners for the challenges of leading public and private yoga practice for pregnancy, post-partum, menopause, and the entire fertility journey, with special emphasis on supporting safe space for trans-gender and inter-sex persons. Guided by experienced teachers and practitioners of mind, body and energy modalities, participants will learn how, when and why to integrate body movement, energetics and mindfulness into the fertility journey to nurture and support expecting parents. Eligible for 85-hour YA RPYT credentials.
