The Teachers:

Dr. Michelle Green is a passionate chiropractor with an additional specialized technique known as NetworkSpinal. Her passion is helping people turn pain into progress while also empowering the body's own natural healing abilities. In addition, Dr. Michelle loves to practice yoga and even received her 200 hour yoga teacher training back in 2016. Dr. Michelle has worked with people of all ages and stages, empowering them to get out of pain, move into a place of wellness and lead healthier lives with a supported nervous system. When she is not at the office, she is hanging out with her husband and 2 kids (a 2 year old and a 1 year old).

Kristen Hess is a 500 RYT teacher who specializes in yin yoga, myofascial release and therapeutic movements to enhance body-awareness, relieve pain, reduce stress and cultivate comfort in mind and body. Drawing from her studies on yoga therapeutics for the spine and her experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, where she has supported countless individuals dealing with back pain, Kristen is excited to empower you with these powerful myofascial release techniques and segmental movement exercises in this upcoming workshop.
