Weight lifting at least twice a week is essential as you get older. And now you can do it at HSF. Lift with us in our new 60 MINUTE classes. 30 minutes of our signature Pilates followed by 30 minutes of weight lifting. We work the major muscle groups of your arms, chest, shoulders, back, butt and legs. No sweeps or burpees to be found, anywhere. 

Simple, no frills, weight-lifting done safely with the intense focus on form and alignment that you have come to expect from our Pilates.

Please note there is a 2 month expiration date to use the classes starting from the day of sale. Purchases are nonrefundable or transferrable and cannot be extended.
