It provides a sanctuary of calmness amidst the chaos, allowing you to release stress, access deep relaxation, and tap into your inner resources.
A sound bath is a form of sound healing that uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to create overlapping vibrations and tones. With these sounds, one will go into a deep relaxation state, shutting off the flight or flight nervous system and getting into the parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest)
