Family constellations & Ancestial Healing is a based format designed to reveal the hidden dynamics within a family system or relationship. This bring awareness to address any stressors that are impacting the relationship and to support healing. This is done by dinamic exercises  or using other members of the group to ‘represent’ the people from your family system, so you can clearly see the dynamics which are present.

Everyone who takes part in the workshops usually takes away some profound insights, whether it is the person bringing their family issue or the other members of the group.
