Aerial Yin & Restorative Yoga Training

Are you passionate about both aerial yoga and yin yoga? Join us for an enlightening training program that explores the harmonious fusion of aerial and yin practices.

During the initial two days of this comprehensive training, we will immerse ourselves in Aerial Yin Yoga, delving into its practices and methodology. The subsequent two days will be dedicated to Aerial Restorative Yoga.

No prior experience or prerequisites are necessary to participate in this training.

Over the course of this 4-day workshop, you will discover the dynamic potential of the aerial yoga hammock when applied to traditional yin yoga postures that you already cherish. Additionally, you'll be introduced to exciting new aerial yin yoga postures that the hammock facilitates and enhances. Our journey will encompass essential topics, including Yin Yoga Theory, exploration of meridians, and insights into myofascia. The majority of our training will involve hands-on yin yoga practice, thoughtfully supported by the yoga hammock.
