In this fast-tracked 2.5-hour workshop students will learn the history, tactics, rules, and terminology of foil fencing. Basic movement, attacks and defense will be covered. After learning the basics, students will use their new skills to spar against their classmates in friendly matches. 

Workshops are designed for ages 14+

All protective equipment is provided. 

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes.
